How long will it take to receive a response?
We strive to reply to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Sizing & Stock
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend using the size chart on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for added comfort.
The size I need is out of stock. What should I do?
If your size is unavailable, enter your email on the product page under “Size not in stock?” You’ll be notified as soon as it’s back!

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, so modifications or cancellations are not possible. If something doesn’t fit, don’t worry: you can return or exchange it!
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a tracking number once your order ships.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your details once an order is placed. If this happens, contact support@miller-undies.com ASAP, and we’ll try to assist you.

We offer FREE USA Shipping!
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package from our Track My Order page.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you haven’t received a tracking update, please check your spam folder for our emails. Still no update? Contact us at support@miller-undies.com for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email support@miller-undies.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@miller-undies.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement.
What happens if my order doesn’t fit?
No worries! We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee — if your first pair doesn’t fit, we’ll send a replacement for free! No returns required.
